By using the Site, you will be providing information to TEN with your opinions and optional personal information. This Policy describes how TEN treats your use of the Site and the content of responses you submit, including the handling of personal information.

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time. If we make any substantive changes, we will post the revised Policy on the Site, and may provide notice by posting a notice on the Site and/or sending e-mails to those whose e-mail address we have. A. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

TEN gathers certain broad information about Site use, including the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the programs and services preferred. We look at the data in summary form, rather than on an individual basis. We gather this information so we can, for example, learn how many people visit the Site and how the Site is used, to assist us with improving the Site and our services.

Cookies: We use standard technologies such as a “cookie” to manage your website login. Cookies are not stored permanently or matched to your PIN number. A cookie is a small removable data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. We do not store personal or sensitive information in cookies.

B. Personally Identifiable Information

Certain areas of the Site may permit you to provide personal information. By submitting personal information to us, you agree that we may use the information in accordance with this Policy. If you do submit personally identifiable information to us, we may share such information with third party partners in addition to using it for the purposes for which it was submitted.

We may also use your information in other ways, such as to contact you about changes to Site policy or about TEN. We may share your information with affiliates, partners, and any other organizations or entities for similar purposes. Additionally, to the extent required by applicable federal or state law, we will provide this information to others.

C. Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent any information we collect for marketing purposes.

For the purpose of operating our business, we may transfer information between TEN and our service providers who use that information only to conduct TEN business. We provide our service providers with the information they need to perform their services and work with them to protect your information.

We also reserve the right to share personal information you provide with legal authorities if it is, in our sole opinion, necessary to investigate, prevent, or otherwise take action regarding suspected fraud, situations involving threats or potential harm, or if otherwise required by law (such as by a subpoena, court order, or other legal means). In the event that we reasonably believe that you have violated any of the terms or policies governing your use of the Site, we reserve the right to use any information we have collected about you in connection with any efforts we make or made by any of our agents on our behalf.

We may transfer personally identifiable information to an affiliate or third party as part of a transfer of business assets. Such a transfer would be within the scope of this Policy so long as the affiliate or third party agrees to continue to maintain use and storage of personally identifiable information in accordance with this Policy.

You may choose to contact TEN, by e-mail or otherwise, with other inquiries or to provide comments. Any personally identifiable information you provide in connection with such inquiries or comments will be collected and used by TEN for the purpose of processing and responding to your inquiries or comments.

Information submitted via the Internet, including through a web page, e-mail, or mobile communications, is subject to interception or incorrect routing, and the Internet is not a fully secure communications channel. Please consider this prior to submitting any information to us via this Site.

While we follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100 percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, email and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, please contact us via email through our Contact Us page or write to us at the address indicated below.

We will respond to such requests to information access within 30 days following receipt at the email or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different email or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

California law also provides that California residents are entitled to know how this site responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. Like many other websites and online services, this site does not currently alter its practices when it receives Do Not Track signals because there is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” and for opt out information, you may wish to visit www.aboutads.info.
